Designed with both comfort and functionality in mind, this spacious home comfortably accommodates families, business travelers, and longer stays. The home features:

• Four versatile sleeping spaces, including a dedicated home office that converts into an additional sleeping area.

• Property sleeps 7 comfortably

• Premium 14-inch mattresses in all bedrooms (excluding the office pull out), luxurious 600 thread-count Egyptian cotton linens, hypoallergenic pillows, and Smart TVs throughout.

• A fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, dinnerware, small appliances, coffee maker, and everything needed to prepare meals at home.

• Two beautifully appointed bathrooms featuring plush Turkish cotton towels, premium organic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, and thoughtfully stocked essentials. One walk in shower and one bath tub.

• Thoughtfully curated library with ~2,000 books featuring fiction, travel, history, architecture, and beautiful coffee table books. Includes an expansive board game collection—over 100 games!

• A dedicated laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer, complimentary laundry supplies, full-size ironing board, and iron.

• Outside, enjoy the fully fenced backyard with a covered patio, umbrella-covered outdoor dining table, and plenty of room to relax while your dog enjoys the yard.

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, including the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, dedicated home office, laundry room, fenced backyard, attached two-car garage, and driveway. Self check-in makes arriving simple and convenient, allowing you to settle in on your own schedule.

Getting around Austin is easy from Bookmark On The Bend. Major highways provide convenient access to Downtown Austin, The Domain, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, and many of the city's largest employers and entertainment districts. The property offers ample parking, including a two-car garage, two-car driveway, and additional street parking, making it easy for larger groups traveling with multiple vehicles.

Additional Details:

• 7 guests maximum
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 AM to 10 PM
• No parties or large gatherings allowed
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance
• Bookmark On The Bend is in a family-friendly neighborhood with long-term residents—please be respectful at all times
• No check outs allowed on Saturdays

We love dogs, but we have a few simple rules to keep our space clean and comfortable for everyone (pet fee applies)
-Adult dogs only – must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 50 lbs
-Dogs are not allowed on furniture – including couches, chairs, and beds. Any signs of paws or fur on furniture may result in a cleaning fee being charged, as we strive to maintain a fresh and welcoming environment for all guests.
-Please clean up after your dog – all waste must be picked up before checkout.
-Pets must be on a leash when outside the property.
-No cats allowed.
-A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed.

Smoking Policy
For the comfort of all our guests, smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted. If signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied to refresh the space.

Please note: To keep our homes well-maintained and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly require that all primary renters be at least 26 years of age.
Cancellation Policy:
-Cancel 7 days before check-in date for a partial refund.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with a Guest Damage Protection Policy. The nominal cost of this protection has been included as a Guest Damage Insurance Fee.
